ORC Hub is Corebuso's Operations and Resource Coordinator built for Philippine SMEs managing teams, projects, and schedules.

What You Can Do

  • Manage Resources — Track your team's capacity and availability
  • Plan Schedules — Assign shifts and work schedules across departments
  • Track Projects — Monitor project allocations and team assignments
  • Time Entries — Log actual hours worked against project tasks
  • Capacity Planning — See who is available and when

Key Concepts

Resources

A resource is any team member tracked in ORC Hub. Each resource has:

  • A weekly capacity profile (hours per day)
  • A planning role (e.g. Developer, Designer, Manager)
  • Department and team assignments

Schedules

Schedules define when a resource is expected to work. ORC Hub supports:

  • Standard work week configurations
  • Custom schedule templates
  • Non-working day exceptions

Projects and Allocations

Allocate resources to projects with defined start and end dates. ORC Hub shows you real-time capacity vs. allocation to prevent overloading.

First Steps

  1. Log in at your company's ORC Hub URL
  2. Go to Employees and add your team members
  3. Set up Departments to organize your workforce
  4. Create Schedules for your team
  5. Start tracking time in My Timesheet
