Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens at seat limits?

Each plan sets a maximum headcount: ORC Starter caps at 35 users, Growth at 100. HRP Starter caps at 35 employees, Growth at 100. Bundle Starter caps at 50 seats, Growth at 120. When you reach the limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade before adding more people.

How does Bundle seat counting work?

Bundle uses a unified seat model. Employee only, user only, and a user linked to an employee record each count as one seat. If userId is populated on the employee record, the person is not double-counted.

Is the 30-day trial really free?

Starter and Growth plans include a 30-day trial. Enterprise trial, pricing, and onboarding are handled by contacting Corebuso.

Do government rates update automatically?

Yes. SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR withholding tables are maintained by Corebuso and updated when the government revises them. You don't need to adjust rates manually.

Is data safe if I cancel?

Your data remains accessible after cancellation so you can export payroll records, payslips, and employee files. Contact us before cancelling if you need a longer export window or compliance archiving.
