What Payora covers

Every capability below is checked against the plans we actually sell. Where something is tier-gated or still in development, it says so.

Employee records

One 201 file per employee, with the government IDs Philippine payroll depends on captured at the source instead of chased down every cutoff.

Attendance and timekeeping

HR-managed time entry on every plan. Employee self-service with an approval workflow is a Growth capability, not a Starter one.

Payroll processing

Semi-monthly and monthly cycles out of the box, with an approval workflow once more than one person signs off on a run.

Payslips

Payslips generated from the same run that produced the computation, so what the employee sees and what you filed cannot drift apart.

SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR

Statutory deductions are computed as part of the run. BIR 2316 and alphalist reporting is still in development and is labelled as such everywhere on this site.

HR and payroll questions

How much does Payora cost?

Payora starts at ₱149/employee/mo on the Starter plan (10 employees minimum, up to 35). Billing is per active employee record, with no per-tier price jump.

Is there a minimum number of employees?

Yes. The Starter plan is 10 employees minimum, up to 35, so Payora suits small and mid-sized Philippine companies rather than very small teams.

Does it handle SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG?

Yes. SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG deductions are computed as part of the payroll run on every plan, alongside BIR TRAIN withholding and 13th month pay.

Does it file BIR 2316 and the alphalist?

Not yet. BIR 2316 and alphalist reporting is in development and is marked coming soon on every plan. We would rather say so than imply it ships today.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 30-day free trial on Starter and Growth. No credit card required.
