Getting started with Corebuso

How Corebuso sets up your workspace, which apps and roles you get, and where to find things.

Corebuso runs several connected apps on one account — Payora for payroll and HR, Stride for resource planning, and Arrivo for booking — all sharing the same company data. This guide explains how your workspace is set up and how to find your way around.

How your workspace is set up

Corebuso sets up your workspace for you. Your Corebuso contact creates your company's workspace, switches on the apps you've signed up for, and creates your first administrator account. There is no self-service sign-up — you tell your contact which apps and tier you need, and they provision it.

Your first sign-in

You'll receive your workspace address and an administrator sign-in with a one-time password. The first time you sign in, you'll be asked to set a new password.

Adding or removing apps

Which apps your team can use is set by Corebuso when your workspace is provisioned. To turn an app on or off later, contact Corebuso — there is no self-service product switch inside the app.

Roles

What each person can see and do is set by their role, assigned by Corebuso when accounts are created. Roles range from an Admin who manages company users and settings, through Hr, Manager and Officer roles that handle payroll, approvals and planning, to Member — an employee who sees their own records. Exactly what each role can do depends on the app.
