Taking your first booking with Arrivo
Set up what can be booked, take a reservation, and manage the waitlist.
Arrivo is Corebuso's booking console — it manages what your customers reserve and the staff side of those bookings.
Set up what can be booked (admin)
An admin defines what's bookable under the resource inventory — shown as Team, Tables or Spaces depending on your business type — each with its capacity, slot length, lead time and booking horizon. Bookable Services are managed separately. Tenant-wide rules (booking window, default duration, cancellation policy, timezone) are under Settings.
Note: there is no separate opening-hours or holiday/blackout editor — availability comes from each resource's slot settings and the tenant booking window.
Take a booking
Bookings are created with a guided wizard, not by clicking the calendar (the Calendar is a read-only day view). From Bookings, choose New booking (or New reservation), then step through party or service → date → time → table (for seating) → customer details → Confirm booking. The slot is reserved when you confirm — not when you pick it.
Manage a booking
On an existing booking you can Check in, Complete, No-show, Edit, Reschedule, Reassign or Cancel, depending on its status.
Waitlist
On Waitlist, add a walk-in (name and party size; a requested time is optional). Per guest you can Seat them (pick an open slot), Notify them, or Remove them.
Your customers
Guests can book, verify by emailed code, and cancel their own reservations on your public booking page, without a login. Rescheduling online isn't available — guests cancel and rebook.
Roles
Arrivo has two roles: Admin (full access, including resources, services, team and settings) and Staff (day-to-day operations — bookings, calendar, waitlist and customers).
